Why Communion? 1 Corinthians 11:17-33

Sunday will be a time to remember the Lord through the communion and to look into the Word to remember why we remember. As we look into 1 Corinthians (linked above) it will be a great opportunity for unbounded worship and praise for the gift that Jesus gave to us.

VBS – Cave Quest – Following the Light of the World in Dark Places 6/20-24

This is the last week to sign up for VBS. Don’t be left out! Be sure your children are signed up at the Cave Quest table Fellowship Hall. You can sign up online here.

Help our first followers at VBS by volunteering for snacks, games, and decor to set the stage for a great experience. We also need small group guides who will guide them through their daily journey as they travel closer to Christ not only for a week, but for a lifetime. Go to the online volunteer signup or stop by the Cave Quest table in the Fellowship Hall. Contact Darcie for more information.

Baptisms scheduled for June 26th

It’s exciting when people visibly demonstrate their faith in Christ. If you would like to be baptized or find out more information, email me (Jim) and I’ll walk you through the details.

It’s a special day of worship on Sunday – a time for us to break out in a service of praise. I’m praying you will make a special effort to be in service to thank God with us for the very foundation of our faith.

In Christ,
Jim
