The Sunday Update | September 11, 2016

Pray for Who?? If there was ever a passage that seemed to be written for today it’s 1 Timothy 2:1-7. Many are worried and wondering how we should live in our current day. It’s a similar dilemma that faced first century Christians. We’ll see how Paul’s instructions give us a perspective that moves beyond the moment and moves to an eternal viewpoint.

Sermon-Based Small Groups coming week of September 18th

Small groups are one of the primary ways people get connected to the Lord, to one another, and to Chapel City Church. They serve as a practical way to see scripture embedded in our lives. We want to get every interested person into a small group so register your interest here to get on the list!

Changes are coming September 25th

We are working hard to enhance our worship and enliven our services. In two weeks we’ll be moving to two services at 9 am and 10:45 with a half hour fellowship time in between. ABFs that met at 9:30 will meet at 9 am, and those that met at 11 will meet at 10:45. Join us on 9/25 for this new adventure to praise Jesus more effectively and to connect with one another more effectively.

Sunday will be a special day as we praise God, look into his word and hear another story of how God’s transforming grace reaches the seemingly unreachable for his glory! Hope to see you in service.

In Christ,
