A SUNDAY FILLED WITH BLESSING
Three great elements come together to make this a Sunday you won’t want to miss. In the first element we see What Changed Everything in a great passage in Galatians 4:1-7 that shows us where our grace alone journey all began and what difference it makes in both our eternal and everyday lives. In the second element we celebrate communion that responds directly to this incredible passage. Finally we will be presenting and dedicating our new elders and by extension our 2017-2018 elder board. We’ll be praying for God’s direction for our church in the coming ministry year so be sure to be in service this Sunday!
BE A PART OF THE VBS TEAM
Our Chapel City Church Family is getting ready for VBS (June 19-23) with sign ups for kids & volunteers and with the materials that we are contributing to the program. Keep your eyes peeled for the table at the front of the sanctuary to leave off your contributions and pick up a “brick” for even more participation. Telling Our God Stories
How has God been working in your life? It may be in big and bold strokes or in subtle undertones. All our experiences are important; God is alive and well illustrating the gospel in everyday life. In sharing these stories we reaffirm God’s work in our lives and the reality of his presence. If you know of a great God story in your life or the life of a friend don’t hide the blessing! Generation Change is a study designed to lead teens to a better understanding of God, themselves and their money – and how it all works together. High school students will be equipped with biblical principles to BE who God created them to be, DO more with their money, and GO out into the world to write their story. Studies and activities will give students biblical and financial truths, making them a generation of change.
Men’s Meating
