Our Easter celebration begins in earnest as we take a serious look at the things that people assumed before he rose on the resurrection Sunday that followed and what people wanted to add after his resurrection (they’re still doing it). This vital message explains the scriptural foundation upon which all else rests. Without the crucifixion and resurrection we have no faith.
Say to the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold, your king is coming to you, humble, and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.’ (Matthew 21:5 ESV)
