Natural disasters don’t come on our schedule. They don’t call ahead of time to ask if we’re ready, they just come. The only way we can survive them is to lay good foundations, build well, and be prepared physically, mentally & spiritually. For all of us the storms are coming or they’re already here. Sunday we’ll look at 1 Peter 1:1-4 through the eyes of people who were already seeing the first winds of the hurricane that was coming and see the first line of defense for withstanding the spiritual storms and preventing the havoc that they can wreak in our lives.
