Thriving through Decision

Thriving through Decision

(Click on “Save” above to download this week’s sermon and notes.)

Many of us don’t truly thrive because we never decide to. Our lives are marked with the urgent issues of each day, week, year, or season of life and we just put our head down and do what we have to do to survive. Joshua 24:14-36 calls us to more. It calls us to consider our direction carefully and make critical decisions. This final message in the book of Joshua is a critical call that comes to each and every one of us. It will make the difference between a sad, humdrum life and one that really excels. I hope you will be in service for this vital message.

And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. (‭‭Joshua‬ ‭24:15‬ ‭ESV‬‬)
