Have you ever seen before & after photos? They promote home makeovers, weight loss plans, exercise programs, and countless other things. They have one thing in common; they show a previous sad state followed by a bright optimistic present with a great future. That’s what we see on Sunday in spiritual pictures. What it was before Christ and what it is now – the new is startling and liberating. It not only changes our status before God, it changes our whole outlook .
