Welcome to Chapel City Church! Last week we introduced Hebrews 11 with the foundations and first examples of faith. What is faith and what does it do? Faith is confident expectation, even while we wait to possess the promise. And the result of faith is obedience. This week we look at the next example of faith driven obedience- the life of Noah. We know that he built a big boat, but do we understand how faith made that possible? What about God drove Noah’s obedience? What did he have faith in, and what was the result of his faith? We would love to answer any questions you have and to know how we can be praying for you specifically. Please reach out through a connection card, phone call, or email.
By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness which is according to faith. Hebrews 11:7
