Welcome to Chapel City Church! For the better part of ten chapters, the author of Hebrews has helped us understand how Jesus is better than anything. He’s developed a beautiful Christology, an understanding of the person and work of Jesus Christ. But, up to this point, we haven’t seen many commands to follow. That begins to change as we head into the last third of this wonderful letter. This week, we will explore the wonderful privilege that we have in responding to the New Covenant. It’s not a list of commands written in stone that we follow. These are the blessings of new life in Christ that bring significant changes to the way that we live our lives. But what will it look like for us to draw near to God? Why is our confession of hope worth holding onto? And how are we called to respond to one another?
