Strangers & Sojourners

Welcome to Chapel City Church! We are so glad that you have joined us for our time of worship together. As we move into a new season of school and ministry, we are also moving into a new season of study in God’s word. We live in a divided country. This is, perhaps, never more evident than during an election year. As citizens of a nation, the temptation is to find our identity in our passport or our political party. But the church needs a sobering reminder: This is NOT our home. We are strangers and sojourners, living in a time and place that is not our final destination. So how do we live as temporary residents? What do we need to know to ensure that we find peace, hope, and joy in the right things?
