The Normal Christian Life, part 3

The Normal Christian Life, part 3

Thank you for joining us for our time of worship here at Chapel City Church. We are so glad that you are here! We would love to answer any questions that you have about who we are, what we believe, or what ministry looks like here. We would also like to know how we can be praying for you specifically. This week we are back in the Book of Galatians and continuing to work through the fruit of the Spirit. These characteristics are not the optional extras of the Christian life, available to the select few and there only if you feel like exercising them. These are a definition of the normal Christian life. We live with the hope and expectation that these good things are produced by the Holy Spirit in a growing way in the lives of God’s people. But what does it look like to live in patience, kindness, and goodness? What is the foundation for these things in the life of a believer?

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.   Galatians 5:22-23
