AWANA meets Wednesdays from 6:15-7:45pm. AWANA serves kids from preschool (2 years before Kinder) through 6th grade.
AWANA is a weekly club filled with fun games and Bible learning in a positive, loving atmosphere. The foundation of AWANA is scripture memory, which has an emphasis on understanding the gospel (how can we be made right with God?) and Christian living (how can we live a life that is pleasing to God?).
Weekly meetings have three components:
- Large Group Time: singing and a Bible lesson
- Handbook Time: leaders meeting with small groups to listen to them recite memory verses (and earn achievement awards!)
- Game Time: playing games around the AWANA circle while cheering on teammates.
We invite children who attend any church or no church at all! Come join us as we discover what a great God we have!
