Mom to Mom is based on Titus 2:3-5:
Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.
Mom to Mom is a safe, loving place to be encouraged, to develop friendships, and to learn from other moms a bit farther down the road about Biblical principles relating to womanhood, marriage, parenthood, and the home. If you have any children that are the ages of newborn through high school, Mom to Mom is for you.
Mom to Mom meets twice monthly. Moms are encouraged to attend as many meetings as they are able. Registration includes the option to register for both the morning and evening meetings, just mornings, or just evenings. Our first meeting of the month is in the morning from 9:30-11:30am and is typically the first Thursday. Our second meeting of the month is in the evening from 7-9pm and typically falls on the third Monday. A childcare program is available for our morning meetings.
If you are not sure Mom to Mom is a good fit for you, feel free to come check it out! No need to register if you just plan to visit. However if you need childcare when you visit for a morning meeting, please email mom2mom@chapelcity.church prior to the meeting!
