The Sunday Update | February 8, 2015

Christianity 101 – that’s our series in James’s letter. We call it that because it’s hard to find passages more basic, more difficult to apply, and more relevant whether we have been in faith for five months, five years, or 50 years. We will get back to fundamentals that require constant review if we are to stay vibrant for Christ. Sunday we look at James 1:19-21; three short verses that, when properly applied will change our relationship to God, our families, and all those around us. James basically tells us that in terms of faith, it doesn’t get more basic or needed than this.

Pray that God will use this time to not only remind us of truth, but will challenge us to change!
