Welcome to Chapel City Church! The book of Jonah highlights the sovereign grace of God. Last week we found the prophet Jonah disobediently running away from God and stubbornly refusing to yield—even in the face of a supernatural storm. Justice says that Jonah being cast into the sea should have been the end of him. But the LORD had other plans. What looks like judgement is sometimes grace and mercy in disguise. In Jonah chapter 2 we will see the amazing grace of God in the salvation of a disobedient prophet.
