Good morning and welcome to Chapel City Church. Celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ and baptisms last week was an amazing day of seeing Gods power to change lives. Today as we look at living in the reality of our eternal life in Christ, we have so much to be thankful for. God is at work in each of our lives with the same power that raised Jesus from the dead. He is helping us turn from the empty promises of this world, and to turn to the living and true God. But what is our part this process of becoming more like Jesus? Is it up to me to pull myself up by my own bootstraps, or is there real power from another source to help me? Be encouraged today by the God’s perfect plan.
