We are glad that you are here to worship with us today. We have come to the end of another year. Most of us had plans and goals that we wanted to see accomplished in 2019. Some of them happened, and it’s likely that some of them did not. As we look forward to 2020, what kinds of things should we prioritize in the coming year? There are a thousand different things that we could do; many of them good and necessary. But is there something that should characterize all of our pursuits in the new year? This morning we will look at what Paul wrote to the Philippian church about his constant pursuit. We will think through what it means to follow after Christ in a way that impacts how we approach every part of our lives. If you have questions about who we are or how you can get involved, we would love to talk with you.

Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:13-14
