Thanksgiving is more than a holiday of a point of manners. It is an important part of godliness that not only blesses the recipient of gratefulness, it changes the heart of the one who expresses it. Sunday we look at the fascinating results of transforming thanks in Luke 17:11-17. It can transform your relationship to God and your heart for those around you. Thankfulness is not optional; it is a habit that can change your heart.
Then Jesus answered, “Were not ten cleansed? Where are the nine? Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?” And he said to him, “Rise and go your way; your faith has made you well.” (Luke 17:17-19 ESV)
